If your website goes down and you have pay per click, you still pay for every click. If you know your website is down you can disable PPC until your website is back up. But who will watch your site 24/7.

I have over 10,000 domains,  so I wrote this program using Microsoft’s Notification Services, but NS can’t send attachments, so I wrote a C# custom component delivery protocol.

I have used this propram to generate and send invoices, and as a marketing tool.
